Thank you for your interest in water conservation. Catching leaks and landscape runoff early helps us to preserve and protect our finite water supply.

To report a possible water system leak such as water pooling in the street or in a meter box, please call (805) 964-6761 and press 9 to report a Water Related Emergency, or click Turn on Javascript! to send us an email*. Water Related Emergency phone calls are monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and are the fastest way to notify the District.

To report landscape irrigation runoff, such as from a broken sprinkler or drip system, please call (805) 964-6761 and follow the prompts to leave a message to report Water Waste, or click Turn on Javascript! to send us an email*. District staff will follow-up on the report of Water Waste usually within one business day.

*Please include the address and location of the leak. Photos are also helpful and recommended.
