Aquifer Storage and Recovery Program
Storing Water in the Ground for Future Use. Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) is a water resource management technique that uses groundwater wells to recharge underground aquifers during times when water is available, then later recover that water from the aquifer when it is needed.
The next regular meeting of the District Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. The agenda for the meeting will be available 72 hours or more before the meeting. Board meetings are held at Goleta Water District, 4699 Hollister Avenue, Goleta.
